Next to Startup, select Start with home page from the drop down menu to see Google when you open your browser.
Instant access to Google in your browser
With the Google search bar added to home screen, you can directly search Google from your home screen without having to open the Google App. Long-press the search widget and tap on the Remove button. If you don’t see the Remove button, drag the widget to the top or bottom of the screen until you see the Remove button. Leave the widget on the Remove button.
